T-Mobile wanted base customers to know about all the good they do. So instead of making one big petrol-covered duckling spot, we decided to zoom in on all the little ways they’re making a difference. From door to door e-recycling to putting rural Americans on the map—here’s a look at what we pitched.
Challenge: Show customers a direct link between innovation and improved community satisfaction.
We developed a microsite and subsequent content series highlighting all the ways the far-reaching T-Mobile network helps individuals live, work, and play—even in hard to reach areas.
T-Mobile sponsored the world’s first rural-only gaming event and streamed the action on Twitch. Not only did the players get to experience the world’s fastest 5G network firsthand, but streamers and viewers everywhere tuned in to see for themselves. Obviously the event was hosted by award-winning rapper and gaming legend, T-Pain.
Challenge: Connect T-Mobile’s sustainability efforts to customers lives in a tangible way.
Sustainably-powered Tweets
Even Tweets use energy! At T-Mobile, they’re powered by solar and wind farms. To make sure the entire Twitter-verse was aware, created a certification badge.
The T-Mobile Trash Brigade
Stressed about contaminating the environment with your electronic waste? Fear not! T-Mobile will now come straight to your door and pick up e-waste for proper recycling. Hows that for service?
Magenta Rosé
T-Mobile’s well-known for their creative partnerships. So we added to the trend by creating a limited-edition private label Magenta Rose. In partnership with a sustainable winery, 100% of the proceeds go towards reaching the shared clean energy goals for 2021.
